All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Please contact our customer service representative at [email protected] to request an exchange/return form.
Step 2: Please follow the instructions on the exchange/return form to pack and ship back the return package.
Normally, all orders are shipped out within 24 hours, even within several hours.
If you cancel your order before the package is shipped out, we need to take a 10% charge for the cancellation fee which includes handling and restocking.
Once your package was shipped out, we could not cancel your order and issue a refund. Hope you can understand.
